(May 28, 2015, Shanghai) Recently, the first tranche of 225 kg BoTn1000 Hardbanding wires supplied by Hilong Group to the Middle East Oman Oil Field Testing Services Company was shipped to the Middle East. This is, following last year’s successful exploitation of the US market for Hilong’s BoTn wear-resistant belt welding wire, another significant breakthrough in its course of overseas market development.
In 2014, Hilong’s BoTn3000 high strength crack free hardbanding wires successfully entered the US market by virtue of its performance advantage.
The BoTn1000 hardbanding wires was independently researched and developed by Shanghai BoTeng Welding Consumables Co., Ltd, a specialized manufacturing enterprise under Hilong Group. Currently launched are the BoTn1000, BoTn3000 and BoTn5000 hardbanding wires series, which have been evaluated by the US professional authorities Stress Engineering Services Mohr Engineering Division and Bodycote Materials Testing Inc, as well as by a domestic authority Xi’an Maurer Petroleum Engineering Laboratory through testing, and found to be at an advanced world level with respect to its technical performance among the same type of products.
